REFLECTION
The systematic approach to teaching provides a method for
the functional organization and development of instruction. It is important to
consider the student’s need, interest and readiness and to know when to use an
instructional materials and strategies. The teacher should build a bridge
between the audience and the objectives by deciding the methods used.
The system approach views the entire educational program
as a system of interrelated parts. It is our procedural guide for planning and
delivering instruction that integrates technology and media into the teaching
process. As a teacher, we need to identify the learners’ perceptual preferences
and strengths for us to get the students' attention. One of the important
factors to be considered is the output or what the students learn by evaluating
them.
